Plask privacy policy
Effective July 26, 2026
The short version: Plask collects nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no network requests.
Data collection
Plask does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The app has no sign-in, no analytics or tracking libraries, and makes no network connections of its own.
Depth and sensor data
On watches with a depth sensor, Plask reads your current depth and water temperature from watchOS while the app is on screen, uses the values to animate the scene and show the readouts, and then discards them. Sensor readings never leave your watch and are not stored after your session.
Settings
Your preferences (chosen scene, duck color, units and gauge toggle) are stored locally on your watch and nowhere else. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
The Plask Premium unlock is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Children
Plask collects no data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If Plask ever changes in a way that affects privacy, this page will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
